By bringing together and synthesising the main theoretical models and most recent experimental advances, this book deals extensively with the topic of psychological and neuropsychological applications within the study of eye movements. It also presents a series of concrete examples, some relating to the clinical setting (unilateral neglect syndrome, neuropsychiatric disorders, etc.) and others to highly innovative applications in the context of daily life (eye movements and driving behaviour or internet use). 

Author

Michela Balconi lectures in neuropsychology and neurosciences at the Faculty of Psychology, Catholic University of Milan. She is involved in neuropychological research, focusing in particular on the neuropsychology of communication, emotions and decision making. She has published books and articles (in national and international journals) on these topics.
